At Gleeson, you’ll find your real strengths and can choose a management direction you really want to take to thrive in your career. With Gleeson, you can earn whilst you learn as you experience your chosen specialism of either site management, finance, commercial, technical, etc. within the business. With the ultimate goal of becoming qualified in your chosen discipline.
You will embark on your journey with a blended approach of hands on experience at Gleeson in an environment where colleagues are Passionate, Collaborative and Respectful, combined with academia gained by undertaking a specialised qualification at college. This brochure sets out the main elements of your management training programme so you know exactly what to look forward to.
Prior to you joining the Gleeson team we will ensure you have all the tools required to kickstart your Management Trainee role.
On your first day with Gleeson you will be invited to an induction where you will meet key members of the Gleeson team who will support you throughout your journey.
A key member of the team to look out for is our Early Talent Coordinator who will be by your side throughout your journey with Gleeson to support, guide and encourage you to develop your confidence and skills.
